What is Timelogbook?
It's an ERP built for IT services companies: the place where the team logs its hours and where the company manages projects, clients, marketing, people and billing. The modules are My work, Projects, Tasks, CRM, Marketing, People, Billing and Console, each with its own MCP server for AI assistants. It's built on Tlog SaaS Accelerator Platform.
Does Timelogbook work with AI assistants?
Yes. Every Timelogbook app has its own MCP server (Model Context Protocol), so an AI assistant can connect to My work, Projects, Tasks, CRM, Marketing, People, Billing or Console separately.
What does Timelogbook integrate with?
With Microsoft Entra ID (sign-in and directory), the Microsoft Teams calendar and notices, Jira Cloud and Data Center to migrate your projects, Bitbucket, Anthropic and OpenAI for AI on your company’s key, Google Places for prospecting, LinkedIn through the Chrome extension and WhatsApp for the website assistant. What is Marketing?
It's the app for generating demand: it finds companies that match your ideal customer, scores them, writes to them with follow-ups and measures what brings leads. What it finds lands in the CRM. It can be used on its own, alongside CRM, People, Billing and Console, as an edition for marketing teams. Learn about Marketing.
How do I log my hours?
In My work, by week and by project. You can fill the week in with what you had planned, adjust whatever needs it and submit it for approval.
Who approves hours?
Whoever reviews hours sees the submitted weeks and decides whether to approve or return them.
How does invoicing work?
The client invoice is built from approved hours, and its payments are recorded afterwards. If you work with contractors, their services invoice is checked against the logged hours.
Where is time off?
In People, next to the employee card and the team list.
Who sees what?
Permissions are granted by menu area and by project. Each person sees only what their administrator has enabled.
