Integrations

Timelogbook connects to what your company already uses: the Microsoft directory and email, Teams, Jira, LinkedIn, AI models and WhatsApp. You turn them on from Console, with your company’s credentials, which are tested before they are saved.

How every connection works

There are 13 integrations in seven categories, and they all follow the same rules.

  • All in one place

In Console › Integrations you see every connection with its status: connected, paused, needs attention or error. You connect it there, and its page has everything you can configure.

  • Tested before it’s saved

Every credential is checked with the provider. If it rejects it, nothing is saved and we tell you why.

  • Encrypted and out of sight

Keys and tokens are stored encrypted and kept separate per company. The app never shows them again: only their last four characters.

  • Pause without losing anything

A switch stops using the integration instantly and keeps its settings and credential. Resuming asks for nothing.

  • Each with its own permission

Who can connect depends on what it touches: Entra needs the user-access permission, because it creates and deactivates people; the calendar, the HR one; the channels, the one for whoever runs the assistant.

  • If one fails, it fails alone

Each connection is read separately: if one provider doesn’t respond, the rest keep working.

Identity and directory

Who signs in and who is part of the company, from the directory you already have.

Microsoft Entra ID

MicrosoftAvailable

Your people sign in with their Microsoft 365 account and the directory looks after itself: joiners, suspensions and leavers in Entra show up in Timelogbook without entering anyone by hand.

  • You connect it by pasting the directory (tenant) ID, with a Microsoft administrator’s consent. You don’t hand us passwords or secrets.
  • Read-only: Timelogbook reads people and groups and never writes to your directory.
  • It syncs only what changed, every hour and whenever you ask.
  • You can limit it to certain groups, require Microsoft sign-in and create each person the first time they sign in.
  • An account disabled in Entra is suspended; a deleted one is archived and its sessions are closed.
  • With brakes: if a sync were about to remove more than half the company it stops, and an incomplete read never removes anyone.

Development

To bring your work over from Jira and tie code to where it happened.

Jira Cloud

AtlassianAvailable

Migrates your Jira projects into Tasks: issues with their epic and subtask hierarchy, types, statuses, priorities, custom fields, sprints, versions and boards.

  • You connect your site with an email and an Atlassian API token. We test it against Jira before saving it, and it is stored encrypted.
  • You choose what to bring: comments, attachments, history, Jira hours, links, watchers, sprints, versions and closed issues. Jira people are matched to Timelogbook users by email or name, or with a CSV.
  • Hours logged in Jira arrive as the task’s external hours, read-only: they don’t count in timesheets, costs or billing.
  • A dry run before migrating, pause and resume, retry of what failed, a CSV report and undo with a preview of what would be deleted.
  • “Sync again” brings in what changed in Jira since the last run. Anything someone edited in Timelogbook is flagged as a conflict and never overwritten.
  • Read-only: Timelogbook never creates or changes anything in Jira.

Jira Data Center

Atlassian · Data Center or Server 8.14+Available

The same migration for the Jira your company runs on its own servers.

  • You connect your server’s https address (it may include a path, such as /jira) and a personal access token from an admin account. We test it before saving it, and it is stored encrypted.
  • The server has to be reachable from the internet.
  • It brings the same as Jira Cloud, with a dry run, a report, undo and re-sync on demand.
  • Read-only: it never writes to your Jira.

Bitbucket Cloud

AtlassianConnection ready · reading on the way

Your company’s repositories and pull requests, for code statistics.

  • Today: you connect the workspace with an API token that can read repositories. We test it before saving it, and it is stored encrypted.
  • Read-only: it doesn’t touch your code or your pull requests.
  • On the way: commits and pull requests per person and per issue.

Artificial intelligence

Timelogbook’s AI runs on your company’s key: the provider bills usage straight to your account.

Anthropic

Claude modelsAvailable

Claude models are what answer in your website assistant, the in-product assistant, each app’s agents and “Write with AI”.

  • You use your own API key. We test it before saving it, without spending tokens; it is stored encrypted and you only see its last four characters.
  • A model per task: a fast one for simple work and more capable ones for complex work.
  • Spending limits per conversation, per day and per month, and per person in the in-product assistant.
  • It also reads websites and drafts messages in CRM prospecting, and pulls the details out of a CV in People.

OpenAI

Meaning-based search and voiceAvailable

Indexes your assistant’s knowledge base so it finds things by meaning rather than exact words, and gives it a voice: it transcribes voice notes and reads answers aloud.

  • Embeddings for the knowledge index; if the model changes, it is reindexed.
  • Audio transcription and read-aloud with nine voices to choose from.
  • Your own key, tested before it is saved and stored encrypted; only its last four characters are shown.

Data

External sources that feed prospecting.

Google Places

Google Maps PlatformAvailable

Finds companies by area and industry for CRM prospecting: draw the area on the map or pick cities, and it brings back the ones with a website.

  • It uses Places API (New) with your company’s Google Cloud key, tested with a minimal search before it is saved.
  • It asks only for what it needs: name, website, address and industry. No phone numbers, no reviews.
  • It leaves out businesses that have closed for good.
  • The same key draws the campaign map on Google Maps and suggests places as you type. Without a key, the map comes from OpenStreetMap.
  • It works alongside web search and OpenStreetMap as prospecting sources.

Sales and email

The CRM connected to LinkedIn and to each person’s mailbox.

Microsoft 365 email

Microsoft · uses Entra IDIn pilot

CRM emails and Marketing sequences going out from each person’s own mailbox, with replies coming back into the CRM.

  • Today, for every company: email goes out from the platform mailbox under the person’s name, and replies go to them.
  • In pilot: sending from each person’s own mailbox and from the company’s shared mailboxes, with replies read back. We run it at Kubrik before opening it to other companies.
  • It uses the Entra ID connection; it asks for no passwords and no per-person permissions.

Chrome extension for LinkedIn

Timelogbook · LinkedInComing to the Chrome Web Store

You look at a LinkedIn profile and the side panel tells you whether that person is already in the CRM: not there, a lead, a contact, or asked not to be contacted. You add them without duplicates.

  • It creates the lead with owner, tags, sequence and next step from the CRM settings, and it can be undone in the following seconds.
  • If the lead already exists, it compares the profile field by field and you apply the changes you choose. It also creates or links the account from the company page.
  • Someone who asked not to be contacted can’t be added.
  • On request, the AI writes a summary, compares it with your company’s ideal customer profiles and suggests an invitation note to copy.
  • It reads only what the profile already shows, and only when you ask; it never clicks, navigates or changes anything on LinkedIn. It signs in with your Timelogbook account.

Website assistant channels

The assistant that answers on your website, in more places, and a person when needed.

WhatsApp

MetaIn pilot

The same assistant from your website answers on WhatsApp Business, with the same rules, and conversations land in the same inbox.

  • Built on Meta’s official Cloud API: text, buttons and lists; it receives images and voice notes.
  • Every message that comes in from Meta is verified by its signature before it is processed.
  • It respects WhatsApp’s 24-hour window: the assistant never starts a conversation.
  • Someone on the team can take over the conversation when needed.
  • The sender’s phone number is stored encrypted, and an erasure request deletes it.

  • Direct messages only: not comments or stories.
  • Arriving in an upcoming release.

Microsoft Teams notices

MicrosoftAvailable

When an assistant conversation needs a person, a card arrives instantly in a Teams channel with an “Open the conversation” button.

  • It connects through a Teams Workflows flow: paste its address and test it.
  • The card shows the reason (proposal, support, call…) and the assistant’s note; name, company and email only if the visitor consented.
  • It never sends the full conversation.
  • No noise: at most one notice every 15 minutes per conversation. It adds to the email and the hourly digest.

Calendar

The company calendar and each person’s schedule, both ways.

Teams calendar

Microsoft · uses Entra IDAvailable

Company events and holidays show up on their own in each person’s Outlook and Teams calendar, and their Teams schedule shows up in their Timelogbook calendar.

  • To Teams: events the company publishes and each location’s holidays, tagged “Timelogbook”. Holidays show as free.
  • From Teams: each person’s schedule is visible only to them. Others, when finding a time, see the busy slot without the title.
  • Teams meetings open with “Join” from the calendar.
  • Changes every 15 minutes and a full reconciliation every 6 hours; Timelogbook is the source of truth.
  • It uses the Entra ID connection; a Microsoft administrator grants the calendar permission. If you turn it off, what was published is removed and what was imported is deleted.

On the way

What we’re building. We don’t count it as done until it’s in the app.

  • Jira in real timeJira changes arriving on their own, without syncing again, and hours and activity per issue.
  • Bitbucket: readingCommits and pull requests per person and per issue.
  • GitHubRepositories and pull requests, like Bitbucket.
  • InstagramDirect messages answered by the website assistant.
  • Amazon SESMarketing campaigns through your company’s sending account.
  • Google CalendarFor people who run demos from a Google calendar.

The other way round: your AI assistants, inside Timelogbook

Every Timelogbook app has its own MCP server (Model Context Protocol). An AI assistant, such as Claude Code, a script or an app of your own, connects to the app it needs with an API key and works with its data, with the same permissions as the person who owns the key. What it does is recorded “via” that client, so you always know who did what.
